Coronavirus

Due to the Solano County Shelter in Place Order, the Club closed to all regular activity in mid-March.  That order has been updated and extended a few times since then.  The latest Order, allows for certain, non-essential but “Low Risk” businesses to re-open.

After reviewing the Order, the Club is re-opening on a reduced-service basis, beginning Saturday, May 9, 2020.  To that end, and until further notice, the Club will be operating under the following conditions:

The Club is open to the Membership, on a limited basis, as of Saturday, May 9th

Days of operation are: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

The Club will remain closed to all activity on: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, until further notice

Hours of operation to the Membership will be: 8:00am to 4:00pm

Fishing is limited to the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. There is to be no fishing between the hours of 4:00pm to 8:00am

For the time being and in order to comply with the County Order, Clubhouse access by Members is limited to the following activities: Sign-in and sign-out, Use of restrooms, and financial transactions at the front counter (such as paying for bird cards, paying rent for a trailer or dry storage space, dropping-off / picking up a dog from the kennel, obtaining chukar for dog training).

In accordance with State and County guidelines, we are now offering typical Club retail transactions (such as the sale of ammunition, t-shirts, hats, etc). Bird cleaning services are still not available.

We ask that Member not congregate in the Clubhouse.  The Clubhouse porch and picnic area will be available for you to sit and relax.

Currently, the Club is not able to accommodate overnight stays in our parking lot, nor camping of any kind. Members who have trailers in the Trailer Park, may stay in their own trailers, but the Club’s facilities, including the fields, Clubhouse, picnic area, fishing, etc. will not be available between the hours of 4:00pm to 8:00am or on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Use of the Trailer Park is only for Members and their immediate family or others living with them in the same household.  Trailer Park tenants may not have guests. As a reminder, the Clubhouse is to be locked at night.  We anticipate continuing this policy at least through June 30, 2020, and possibly longer depending on circumstances.

Everyone (employees and members) is expected to practice physical / social distancing (a minimum of 6′ between all persons) while at the Club and to use PPE (ie masks, etc) as appropriate and as required by law.

Because of the recent closure, we are making an additional, significant change to our normal schedule:  The Club will remain open during the month of June 2020.

We have missed seeing you during the time we have been closed.  Although we are not yet returning to full operation, we are very pleased to be able to have you at back at the Club, even if on a limited basis.
